Customized Program | Personal Attention Pilates Studio at the Lake provide clients with the support of one-on-one instruction. Our instructors design programs specific to our clients’ fitness needs and goals, which are determined in the introductory session. Instructors develop well-rounded routines that include toning, stretching and mild cardiovascular exercise.

Semi-Private Training

Like our private training program, participants in our semi-private training will tone and stretch every muscle group. Semi-private sessions offer quality and professional instruction for up to four participants at a time. Achieve strength and tone in you hips and legs, abs and back, shoulders and arms.
