Our Studios

Pilates Studio at the Lake has two fully-equipped Charlotte-areas studios. Our original studio is located in quaint downtown Davidson, N.C. and to better serve our Mooresville-area clients, we also have a studio located on Brawley School Road. Both Lake Norman facilites are warm, intimate and private; the perfect atmospheres for achieving your fitness goals.

Our facilities utilize state-of-the-art professional Pilates equipment including: the Stott Reformer, known for its versatility and ability to provide a total body workout. Cadillac, Chairs and Barrels are utilized to enhance the overall Pilates workout and Fitness Circles, the BOSU, Stability Balls, Foam Rollers and Flex Bands are incorporated to compliment workouts as well.

Our recently-expanded Davidson studio offers space for private, semi-private and small group Pilates and yoga sessions. Located in downtown Davidson, the studio is easily accessible from I-77 and Davidson College.

Davidson StudioDirections to the Davidson Studio

  • Take I-77 to exit 30 (Davidson).
  • Once you exit I-77, head east (right off interstate from the south, left off interstate from the north).
  • Turn right on South Main Street.
  • Travel approximately one-half mile until you see the Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream building.
  • Pilates Studio at the Lake is the 4th door down from Ben and Jerry’s.
  • Free parking is available in the lot between Summit Coffee and Ben and Jerry’s. Free on-street parking is also available.

Mooresville

Our studio in Mooresville offers private, semi-private and group Pilates sessions. The studio is located on Brawley School road, convenient to The Point, The Farms and other residential neighborhoods located on and around Brawley School Road.

  • I-77 to exit 33.
  • Once you exit I-77, head west (left off interstate from the south, right off interstate from the north) onto Williamson Road.
  • Travel approximately 2.5 miles and turn left on Brawley School Road.
  • Travel approximately one mile and turn right into Harbour Village Shopping Center.
  • The studio is on the second floor, suite 201, above Sebastiano’s Pizza.
