Semi-Private Training

Our studios offer semi-private training where clients work out with up to four participants while still receiving quality and professional instruction. Like our private training program, participants in semi-private training will tone and stretch every muscle group, while raising their heart rate, all in one session.

Our instructors work with clients to achieve strength and tone in their hips and legs, abs and back, shoulders and arms. Each session ends with strategic stretching exercises to optimize results. Our clients leave the studio feeling stronger, taller, revitalized and renewed. Each semi-private training session is 55 minutes. Choose semi-privatessessions to work out with two to four people for a more inexpensive and social alternative to private sessions.

Semi-private sessions are $40 per person per session. You may purchase ten semi-private training sessions for $350.

First time clients MUST book their first session through the studio. Please do not schedule your first session online. Online scheduling is only for returning clients.

For returning clients, private and semi-private sessions are scheduled in advance by appointment only. You may book appointments online or you may call our studio to schedule your appointments.

The availablity of times and days for sessions may vary. Our classes fill up quickly. Please submit your online request or contact our studio at 704-987-8966 to reserve your desired session time. Please select your sessions carefully as we are unable to issue refunds or credits for missed sessions. Rates listed are per person. A 24-hour cancellation policy is effective for all appointments.
